Have you ever been going somewhere and gotten lost? Sometimes you have to go all the way back where you started in order to find your way.
Your road map is your business plan. You need to have a clear vision and a plan to know where you are going. Without a plan you may spend all your money on the wrong things and not have the resources available to go back and start over.
A dangerous proposition in your real estate business. Not getting it right could put an end to a promising career before you have a chance to really get going.
How do you make sure you are going the right way? You need a coach. A trainer that will help keep you on track. Even Tiger Woods has a coach. Don't leave your career to chance.

The Blog Revisited
One of the most difficult things about blogging, for me anyway, is keeping up with it. You blog and then one day you get busy, and one day turns into two, then five, then months can pass. So it is with anything. Or at least it can be. Time gets away from us all.
As a matter of fact, I do not believe there is any such thing as time management. Time moves on regardless of what we do. Years ago there was a commercial on TV that showed a guy at the drive up window asking for a couple extra hours. If only it were so simple. To be able to add a couple hours to the day. Maybe we could stick them in between 11 and 2. Or perhaps you'd rather have them later.
The only thing we can do is manage ourselves. Time keeps a marchin' along. So manage what you are doing. Make sure the time you have is used productively.
I have a renewed spirit, and let's hope my blogging is the better for it.
Have a great day.
